The latest edition of Corporate Counsel features an article by Alexandra Wrage, the president of TRACE International, which examines compliance challenges that corporations may face in the coming year.

The article, “The Biggest Global Compliance Challenges for 2013,” takes an optimistic approach toward the fight against corruption and turns to partner firms in “less-discussed” locations to ask what challenges they expect in 2013, and in some cases, what plans they intend to put in place. In detailing efforts in Thailand, the article recognizes Tilleke & Gibbins as “anti-bribery experts” and discusses the role of cultural tolerance to bribery in Thailand.
