Chusert Supasitthumrong, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution practice, shared his expertise on the application of Thai labor law during the COVID-19 crisis in a recent Bangkok Post article about the pandemic’s effects on employees and employers.

The article aims to help workers understand their rights in the midst of the current situation, and to share the concerns and momentous choices that both employers and employees are facing at this time.
