Chusert Supasitthumrong to Present on Negotiating with Labor Unions

Ideal Forum

Labor law in Thailand is evolving at a staggering pace. From the upcoming ASEAN Economic Community to the THB 300 minimum wage, employers and HR professionals are struggling to keep up with compliance requirements while implementing new strategic initiatives.

To address these challenges, Ideal Forum is organizing its third annual Thailand Labor Law & Wage Updates conference on April 25-26 at the Pullman Hotel Bangkok G. Silom. Aimed management and HR personnel, the seminar will provide an overview of recent legal developments, new case law, and other advice for decision makers.

As part of the program, Tilleke & Gibbins partner Chusert Supasitthumrong will give a presentation on “Effectively Negotiating and Managing Relationships with Labor Unions for Win-Win Outcomes.” Building on his extensive experience acting for employers, Chusert will examine the impact of unionization on management practice, conflict avoidance, and negotiation strategies.
