When managing litigation matters, it is vital for in-house counsel to effectively leverage private practice lawyers’ experience. To explore how best to handle the relationship, Chusert Supasitthumrong and David Lawrence, partner and consultant respectively in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution team, will jointly speak at this year’s Bangkok In-House Congress on the topic “Litigation Case Studies: Lessons Learned from Recent Disputes.” They will provide detailed insight into how to overcome hurdles that arise before and during contentious disputes, while making reference to recent litigation case studies.
