On October 5, 2020, the Cannabis Law Report published an in-depth interview with Dr. Atthachai Homhuan, a manager in Tilleke & Gibbins’ regulatory affairs practice. The interview covers the development of Thailand’s regulatory environment for cannabis, how industry players can get involved, and Tilleke & Gibbins’ work with clients in the cannabis industry.

Dr. Atthachai also demonstrates the firm’s regional capabilities by addressing the possibility of cannabis legalization in Laos and other neighboring countries.
