On October 5, 2020, the Cannabis Law Report published an in-depth interview with Dr. Atthachai Homhuan, a manager in Tilleke & Gibbins’ regulatory affairs practice. Dr. Atthachai explains issues such as rules for cannabis companies operating in Thailand, import and export regulations, and the outlook for further foreign involvement in the Thai cannabis industry. Dr. Atthachai also demonstrates the firm’s regional capabilities by addressing the possibility of cannabis legalization in Laos and other neighboring countries.
