Tunyanun Kiticharoenjit is a consultant in the intellectual property group at Tilleke & Gibbins. With her practice focused on trademarks, she assists domestic and international clients with registration, recordal of changes and assignments, oppositions, cancellations, and renewals of trademarks.
She has previous experience as a human rights promotion officer at the Thai Ministry of Justice, and a research assistant for projects conducted by Ghent University in Belgium. Tunyanun obtained a bachelor’s degree with first-class honors from Kasetsart University and completed a Master of Laws in Criminal Justice from The Queen’s University Belfast.
Worked closely with leading multinational companies to implement effective strategies for trademark portfolio management in Thailand and overseas.
Filed trademark applications and collaborated with officials at Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property to ensure smooth registration processes for brand owners in a wide range of industries.
Represented clients in maintaining and defending their trademark portfolios through recordal of changes/assignments, oppositions, cancellations, renewals, registration of trademark and service mark license agreements, watch services, and other related actions.
