Tossavajra Siriratusdorn is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and M&A group in Bangkok, where he advises multinational corporations and private equity investors on complex cross-border transactions. Tossavajra has particular expertise in tax-efficient structuring and has guided clients through high-value M&A deals, corporate restructurings, and business transfers in various industries.

With specialized knowledge of both corporate law and tax planning, Tossavajra structures sophisticated transactions that balance commercial objectives with regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. He regularly advises on private equity investments, shareholder arrangements, and post-acquisition integrations and has a proven track record of executing complex deals and providing strategic counsel to both established corporations and high-net-worth individuals.

Tossavajra holds an LLB from Thammasat University and is licensed to practice law by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
