Biography
Huong Thu Chu is a trademark executive in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Hanoi office. Her practice includes trademark prosecution activities such as conducting trademark searches; handling applications for registration, amendment, and renewal; filing oppositions and appeals; and drafting and recording assignment and licensing agreements.
As the holder of both an LLM and an MBA, Huong has a thorough grounding in the Vietnamese legal system and business environment. Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, she spent seven years working at one of Vietnam’s top-ranked local IP firms. With her strong legal and corporate background, Huong is able to provide valuable insight to her clients.
