POSITION SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination, logistical, and administrative support for the firm’s internal and external marketing events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and client activities.
  • Assist with event-related communications, including managing enquiries, coordinating invitations, tracking responses, and supporting post‑event follow‑up.
  • Support the preparation and production of event-related marketing materials, such as invitations, presentation materials, and basic audio‑visual or video coordination.
  • Provide administrative assistance in relation to legal directory and award submissions, including coordinating inputs and tracking deadlines, as needed.
  • Conduct research on target industries, markets, and clients to support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing and business development activities, including maintaining contact lists, databases, templates, tracking deadlines, and preparing internal documentation.
  • Assist with other marketing and business development activities and initiatives. 

Specification

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, marketing, or business support role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Experience providing administrative or logistical support for marketing activities, events, or internal projects is preferred.

  • Service mindset – demonstrate true commitment in achieving positive matter outcomes.

  • Technological Proficiency – be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) and be willing to learn new computer programs.
  • Other relevant qualities – detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, can-do attitude and a team player.
