POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support the Finance and Accounting team in reviewing and validating payment requests, reimbursements, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or compliance who wish to grow in a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review payment and reimbursement requests for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
  • Verify supporting documents, payee information, and approval authority in line with internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance for office expense and client‑chargeable disbursement requests.
  • Identify errors or missing information and coordinate corrections with relevant parties.
  • Support processing and documentation of payment requests in the accounting system.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Respond to basic inquiries related to payment and reimbursement compliance.
  • Escalate non‑compliant or unusual cases to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, finance operations, or compliance.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and internal control processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with documents and numbers.
  • Good organizational and communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
