Responsibilities 

• Assisting partner and senior associate on cross-border transactions involving JVs, corporate, commercial, M&A, and structuring aspects for international and local clients.
• Conducting research and providing legal, regulatory, licensing advice and solutions to international and local clients.
• Collaborating foreign co-counsels across various jurisdictions to ensure seamless cross-border deal execution.
• Assisting in client relationship management.
• Participating in business development, client-pitching, and strategic growth initiatives for the firm.

Requirements 

• Qualified Thai lawyer with 1-5+ years of work experience with a leading international or top-tier domestic law firm, with experience in cross-border transactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Possess a “can-do” mindset, commercial acumen, with a practical and solution-oriented focus.
