POSITION SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of professional and administrative duties in support of our Corporate & Commercial and business consulting teams.
  • Submit documents and liaise with various ministries and other third parties, including the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, and other required ministries.
  • Report to colleagues regarding the status of government document filings.
  • Conduct desktop and on-site research and prepare the reports accordingly.
  • Support administrative assistants with document management duties and file maintenance.
  • Travel daily and frequently within Phnom Penh.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Specification

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Interests in learning about business legal aspects.

Skills & Attitudes

  • Communication skills – have excellent written and spoken skills in both Khmer and English.
  • Organizational skills – be able to effectively manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
  • Negotiation skills – be able to negotiate with clients and reach an agreement effectively.
  • Service mindset – demonstrate true commitment in achieving positive matter outcomes.
  • Problem-solving skills – have excellent judgment and ability to react with appropriate level of urgency to situations that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Technological Proficiency – be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook and MS Word).
  • Other relevant qualities – detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, can-do attitude.
