Business Law and IP Management for New Ventures

Starting up a new business venture can be a daunting prospect, especially from a legal standpoint. New business owners often have many questions about both regulatory compliance and best practices. On July 19, 2011 Nuttaphol Arammuang, Attorney-at-Law with the Tilleke & Gibbins Intellectual Property group, gave a lecture on the topic “Business Law and IP Management for New Ventures” to address these questions.  The lecture covered general information on IP for new products, including registration, licenses, and how to manage IP portfolios. The event was held at the College of Management of Mahidol University in Bangkok.
