Vietnam Patent Team Receives Tier 1 Ranking from Managing IP

Managing IP, a leading global resource for IP news and analysis, recently named the Tilleke & Gibbins Vietnam team as a top-tier practice in its 2012 patent survey. Tilleke & Gibbins was ranked in Tier 1 in the patent prosecution category, recognizing the firm’s market-leading patent filing and registration practice on behalf of major international IP owners. The firm’s strength in patent enforcement and licensing was also acknowledged with a Tier 2 ranking for patent contentious work.

Managing IP conducted this survey over a period of four months, ending in January 2012. The survey was developed by a team of researchers who received recommendations from law firms and clients to formulate the rankings. Firms receiving top-tier status are considered to be the best in their respective categories and show their long-standing strength in the market.
