Nandana reviewed the need to protect personal data, the legal framework for such protection under Thailand’s Constitution and related laws, and the draft Personal Data Protection Bill, which has been under review for a number of years.

Thai manufacturers focused on exports to the United States need to familiarize themselves with new Unfair Competition Acts (UCAs) that are moving ahead in several U.S. states, according to an article in today’s Bangkok Post.
