Thomas J. Treutler, managing director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Vietnam offices, was quoted in the June 18-24 issue of Vietnam Investment Review in an article on domestic pay TV providers’ concerns about the proliferation of cross-border over-the-top (OTT) internet television services.

In the article, Athistha provides her insights on the linkages between data, law, and technology, and how RegTech is changing the way business is conducted in Thailand.
