Placing our firm at the pinnacle of the legal market, Chambers Asia-Pacific  has ranked Tilleke & Gibbins as a “Band 1” firm for its technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) practice group in Thailand for 2016. The rankings are determined through an assessment of client feedback, work handled by firms, and the strength of firms’ teams, among other factors.

The ranking’s editorial states that Tilleke & Gibbins “furnishes major international clients with advice on cross-border M&A, disputes, and regulatory matters in the TMT sphere.” Continuing, the editorial praises the firm for being “well versed across IT, media, and telecoms” and “particularly active in data privacy and outsourcing.” Commenting on the strength of our multidisciplinary team, the editorial says that Tilleke & Gibbins “harnesses outstanding strength in IP to assist on complex copyright and licensing issues.” “They didn’t take much time at all to get me the answers I needed,” one client is quoted as saying.

Jeffrey J. Blatt, Of Counsel in the firm’s TMT team, is lauded as “highly regarded for his in-depth knowledge of broadcasting law, garnering praise for his commercial insight into this sector.” David Duncan, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins, was identified for his work on licensing and regulatory issues.
