Tilleke & Gibbins Tops 2020 IAM Patent 1000 Rankings in Thailand

IAM Patent 1000

Tilleke & Gibbins’ patent practice in Thailand has garnered a top-tier ranking in the latest edition of IAM Patent 1000  from Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine. This is the eighth consecutive year that Tilleke & Gibbins has been listed in the gold band—IAM Patent 1000 ’s highest distinction—in the guide to the top patent professionals around the world.

In its editorial on the firm, IAM Patent 1000  noted how the Thailand office benefits from the firm’s regional presence, stating that “Tilleke & Gibbins is a force to be reckoned with in the ASEAN region.” The editorial then goes through the “stellar track record” of the Tilleke & Gibbins IP department in completing patent transactions, enforcing IP rights, and securing record courtroom results. In fact, IAM Patent 1000  states that Tilleke & Gibbins is “sitting comfortably at the apex of the Thailand rankings with the largest number of ranked individuals in this chapter.” Six Tilleke & Gibbins lawyers (twice as many as any other firm in the jurisdiction) were recognized in the Thailand guide for their exceptional work:

The rankings are based on several months of in-depth research and market analysis conducted by IAM researchers. In the 2020 rankings, IAM Patent 1000  also awarded top marks to Tilleke & Gibbins’ offices in Indonesia and Vietnam—a repeat of the firm’s recognitions last year.
