Tilleke & Gibbins was named Thailand Law Firm of the Year at the fourth annual Asialaw and Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Awards, in recognition of the firm’s record of landmark victories on behalf of clients over the past 12 months. The award recognized the firm’s strength across the full range of disputes, including litigation focused on civil, criminal, labor employment, intellectual property, insurance, product liability, regulatory investigations, white-collar crime, and other issues.
In addition to this recognition of the firm’s efforts as a whole, Thawat Damsa-ard was also singled out for individual praise when he was named Disputes Star of the Year – Thailand for 2018. As the chief litigator in the firm’s dispute resolution team, Thawat plays a key role in overseeing strategy on many of the firm’s major cases. Tilleke & Gibbins was also nominated for awards in three other categories.
