Tilleke & Gibbins’ Patent Team in Vietnam Ranked Among Top Firms by Managing Intellectual Property

Managing Intellectual Property

The latest patent rankings have been released by Managing Intellectual Property  in the magazine’s annual IP Stars survey, which lists the leading patent firms in more than 70 countries around the world, and Tilleke & Gibbins has received a “Tier 1” ranking for both patent prosecution and patent contentious work in Vietnam. Tier 1 is the highest ranking that can be achieved and is reserved for only a select few of the top firms in any given practice area and jurisdiction.

The results of the rankings were determined through responses obtained from clients and practitioners in the intellectual property field over phone, surveys, e-mail, and face-to-face meetings. Prosecution work includes filing of patents and associated work in a firm’s jurisdiction, as well as filing for overseas clients. Contentious work includes all other legal work, such as enforcement and licensing.
