This nomination follows a strong year for the firm across all six of its jurisdictions, especially in its market-leading intellectual property practice.

Nominees were selected based on in-depth qualitative research which included market research and interviews with in-house counsel and other stakeholders. The US-based law magazine, The American Lawyer, and its sister publications, The Asian Lawyer, China Law & Practice, and Legal Week, made all nomination decisions and will also determine the winner internally. The winner of this highly sought after award will be announced during a ceremony on March 21, 2019, at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel, Hong Kong.
