Tilleke & Gibbins Nominated for IAM/WTR Global IP Awards in Four Jurisdictions

Tilleke & Gibbins has received several nominations at the 2024 IAM/WTR Global IP Awards, further solidifying its reputation as a leader in intellectual property legal services across Southeast Asia. The firm has been recognized in four countries: Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

In Cambodia, Tilleke & Gibbins has been nominated for IP Firm of the Year. In Indonesia, the firm is a contender for Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year, Patent Litigation Firm of the Year, and Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year. Tilleke & Gibbins is shortlisted for both Patent Firm of the Year and Trademark Firm of the Year in Thailand and Vietnam.

The IAM/WTR Global IP Awards celebrate exceptional achievements in litigation, prosecution, and transactional work in the intellectual property sector. The winners are determined through thorough research conducted for the IAM Patent 1000 and WTR 1000, which evaluate criteria such as excellence, achievement, and market reputation. The awards ceremony will take place on October 17 at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London.

For the third year running, Darani Vachanavuttivong, managing partner of Tilleke & Gibbins and managing director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ regional intellectual property (IP) department, was included in the recently released “Asia Top 15 IP Lawyers 2023” from Asian Legal Business (ALB).
