In The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2022, which was released on January 12, Tilleke & Gibbins once again earned high marks across all six jurisdictions. Darani Vachanavuttivong, co-managing partner of Tilleke & Gibbins and managing director of the firm’s intellectual property practice, was named Thought Leader of the Year for Southeast Asia in the inaugural edition of the Women in Law Awards from Asian Legal Business (ALB). The awards were organized to celebrate exceptional performance from female lawyers in jurisdictions across the Asia-Pacific region. To determine the winners, ALB’s in-house editorial and research team reviewed submissions from firms in Asia to come up with a shortlist of finalists, which was then turned over to an independent panel of experts responsible for selecting the award recipient in each category.
