Tilleke & Gibbins has once again been named as an “Employer of Choice” in Thailand and Vietnam in this year’s listings from Asian Legal Business  (ALB). This now marks eight consecutive years that the firm has won this title in Thailand, and a remarkable sixth victory for the firm’s Vietnam offices. Tilleke & Gibbins is the only firm to earn top honors in Thailand every year since ALB’s initiative to recognize the region’s most employee-friendly firms began in 2013.

The Employer of Choice rankings are a list of the best law firms to work for across the Asia Pacific region. The results are determined through an anonymous online survey of thousands of law firm employees, ranging from managing partners to support staff, covering such issues as job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career growth, mentoring, and more.
