Tilleke & Gibbins to Host Southeast Asia Outbound Investment Forum in HCMC

On March 28, in Ho Chi Minh City, Tilleke & Gibbins will hold its first Southeast Asia Outbound Investment Forum for Vietnamese companies. The event, organized in association with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VCCI), will target growing Vietnamese businesses looking to further expand their operations in Southeast Asia.

Leveraging its strong regional presence, Tilleke & Gibbins will bring lawyers from its Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand offices to Ho Chi Minh City to guide the attendees on market entry in their respective jurisdictions, the process and legal framework for doing business there, and the market opportunities and challenges presented by each country. The speakers will include:

Hanoi-based intellectual property lawyers Linh Thi Mai Nguyen and Loc Xuan Le will also share a presentation on global brand protection, and the event will conclude with a Q&A session with all of the speakers. The presentations will be made in English, with simultaneous Vietnamese translation.

The Southeast Asia Outbound Investment Forum will be held at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel, starting at 8:30 a.m., with lunch provided for the attendees. Attendance is by invitation only.
