Managing Intellectual Property

Managing Intellectual Property (MIP)  recently released the list of nominated firms for their highly anticipated Asia-Pacific Awards 2019, and Tilleke & Gibbins has been shortlisted for six Firm of the Year awards—three regional and three national—for its outstanding work in the Asia-Pacific region:

  • Asia-Pacific Intellectual Property Firm of the Year
  • Asia-Pacific CSR & Innovation Firm of the Year
  • Asia-Pacific Trademark Firm of the Year
  • Thailand IP Contentious Firm of the Year
  • Thailand IP Prosecution Firm of the Year
  • Vietnam IP Firm of the Year

Notably, this marks the 13th consecutive nomination for the firm’s Thailand practice and the 11th consecutive nomination for the firm’s Vietnam practice.

Nominated firms were selected through in-depth data collection from thousands of firms, IP practitioners, and clients throughout the region via interviews, emails, and online surveys. In addition to information provided by these contributors, the MIP  team conducted further research on nominated firms to single out the top firms for IP work in each jurisdiction.

Winners of these prominent IP awards will be announced at a dinner ceremony on March 20, 2019, at the Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong.
