Tilleke & Gibbins Earns Praise from Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice

Ministry of Justice, Vietnam

Tilleke & Gibbins was honored for its “exemplary achievements” in the practice of law in Vietnam at a reception organized by the Ministry of Justice in Hanoi on March 10. Thomas J. Treutler, partner and managing director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Vietnam offices, was also recognized individually for his achievements.

The commendations were presented as part of a special event celebrating 20 years of practice by foreign lawyers in Vietnam—a market that was closed to foreign law firms until the mid-’90s. Only seven foreign law firms and five individual foreign lawyers received this high honor.

For more information about this event, please visit the Ministry of Justice website (Vietnamese only).
