Tilleke & Gibbins Donates 3,000 Face Shields to Thai Hospitals

As Thailand and the rest of the world continues to fight against COVID-19, the demand for face shields and other types of personal protective equipment (PPE) by medical professionals is increasing rapidly, a situation that is exacerbated in remote areas of the country. Recognizing the seriousness of this shortage, the firm’s CSR team in Bangkok hastily assembled 3,350 face shields to donate to the emergency care centers at Uthai Thani Hospital, in Uthai Thani province, and the Community Hospital at Dermbang Nang Buad, in Suphan Buri province. At a small ceremony on May 26, 2020, Tilleke & Gibbins’ CSR team handed over the supplies to representatives from each hospital.
