Tilleke & Gibbins Attorneys Speak at ALB Bangkok In-House Summit 2019

On March 21, 2019, several leading lawyers from Tilleke & Gibbins will give a presentation at the Asian Legal Business  Thailand In-House Legal Summit 2019, entitled “Bringing and Defending Criminal Cases Relating to Corporations.” In this insightful look at the criminal justice system, Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh, partner and deputy director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group, and Alongkorn Tongmee and Nuanchun Somboonvinij, attorneys-at-law in the firm’s dispute resolution group, will provide attendees with a thorough grounding in how corporations can bring criminal actions when needed—and how to defend themselves if others bring action against them.
