Tilleke & Gibbins and TLCA Team Up to Offer Webinar on M&As for Listed Companies

On September 3, Santhapat Periera and Passanan Suwannoi, a partner and attorney-at-law respectively in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok, will present a webinar entitled “M&A Trends for Listed Companies in a COVID-19 Down Market.” During the online session, co-hosted by Tilleke & Gibbins and the Thai Listed Companies Association, Santhapat and Passanan will discuss the effects of COVID-19 on M&A activity in the Thai market and provide an overview of legal requirements that listed companies should pay particular attention to when considering potential asset or equity acquisitions during the global pandemic.
