Tilleke & Gibbins and TLCA Cohost Webinar on Thai Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery Regulations

On October 15, 2020, Alongkorn Tongmee, Jessada Anasura, and Piyawat Vitooraporn, attorneys-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group in Bangkok, will group up to present a webinar covering anti-corruption and anti-bribery regulations in Thailand. This online session, cohosted by Tilleke & Gibbins and the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA) is targeted at representatives from listed and non-listed Thai companies that are looking to bolster internal policies in order to remain compliant with developing local and extraterrestrial anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws.

During the presentation, the team of presenters will provide a comprehensive overview of Thai anti-corruption and anti-bribery regulations, discuss select case studies that highlight the importance of creating clear and concise internal policies, and provide practical guidance for compliance for both local and multinational companies. Immediately following the session, the speakers will make themselves available to respond to lingering questions posed by the virtual audience.

The online session will be broadcast live on October 15, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (GMT+7). If you’re interested in attending this webinar, which will be presented in Thai, please register your interest by sending an email to [email protected].
