Tilleke & Gibbins and Thai Fintech Association Sign MOU to Drive Thailand’s Fintech Development

Tilleke & Gibbins has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Thai Fintech Association (TFTA), a technology startup accelerator chaired by Korn Chatikavanij, the former finance minister of Thailand, and comprised of over 100 members, including tech startups, the research and development arms of multibillion-dollar companies, venture capital firms, and major Thai banks.

Under the MOU, Tilleke & Gibbins will be working with the TFTA and its members, and associated regulators and government agencies, such as the Bank of Thailand, the Digital Economy Promotion Agency, and the National Innovation Agency, to promote healthy development of the financial technology (fintech) industry in Thailand.
