Tilleke & Gibbins advised Amarin Corporations Public Company Limited (Amarin) in connection with the establishment of Bridge Management Company Limited (Bridge), a 50:50 joint venture between AME Imaginative Company Limited, a subsidiary of Amarin, and Kruengkao Company Limited, a music and entertainment company specializing in artist management and development through an innovative partner-based model. Bridge will engage in artist management and development, music production and management, concert and performance organization, and related entertainment activities.

The venture supports AME’s strategy to expand its entertainment business ecosystem and enhance the group’s competitiveness through a fully integrated entertainment platform.

Led by Patcharaporn Pootranon alongside Narita Sakunchotikarote and Sippakorn Bunraksa, our team advised AME on all aspects of the joint venture transaction, with significant contribution from our Intellectual Property team.
