Thomas J. Treutler and Michael K. Lee Speak on Franchising in Vietnam

On April 15, 2011, Thomas J. Treutler, Partner and Managing Director, and Michael K. Lee, Department Head – Corporate/Commercial, spoke on “Legal Obstacles for Retailers & Overview of Franchising in Vietnam” at the Park Hyatt, Ho Chi Minh City. Co-hosted by a number of business groups, the event covered an overview of the retail market, licensing procedures, alternative structures, an overview of the franchising market, and disclosure requirements.

Thomas has worked in the legal services field in Vietnam since 1994, handling commercial and intellectual property matters. Thomas is recognized as a leading lawyer in IP in nearly all professional publications, including Chambers Asia.
