This is her second year on the list, after she was named to its inaugural edition in 2021. Managing IP magazine has released their 2022 list of Rising Stars, and the new edition of the rankings includes two Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property attorneys: Ploynapa Julagasigorn, a senior associate in the firm’s Bangkok office, and Sokmean Chea, an associate in the Phnom Penh office.
