On November 11, 2010, our Pimvimol (June) Vipamaneerut, Kobkit Thienpreecha, and Michael Ramirez presented at the United Nations (UN) Pre-Retirement Seminar. The session addressed key legal issues and considerations for foreign UN staff that plan to reside in Thailand upon their retirement.  Pimvimol (June) Vipamaneerut’s presentation covered estate planning basics, such as last will & testament, living wills, letters of instruction, succession, forms of wills, and will witnesses and executors.
