On October 27, 2020, Supasit Saypan, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok, will speak at a Malaysian-Thai Chamber of Commerce webinar titled “Building Resilience through Thailand Investment Opportunities and Support.”

Supasit will focus specifically on key legal issues that have been of special concern in the current environment, as businesses and governments struggle with the economic and public-health fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic. Supasit will provide insights into the most pressing legal points that investors should remember, backed up and illustrated by his practical experience assisting clients through these difficult times. After Supasit’s presentation, Mr. Punkop Punyasiri, director of the Thai Enterprise Division of Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI), will speak about the unique investment opportunities offered by Thailand, as well as the support measures and incentives provided by the BOI. Finally, both speakers will remain on hand to answer attendees’ specific questions in a joint Q&A session.
