Somboon Earterasarun to Speak at National Innovation Agency

On July 23, 2020, Somboon Earterasarun, partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Intellectual property group, will speak at a training event organized by Thailand’s National Innovation Agency (NIA)—a public organization that aims to drive innovation in Thailand, create a positive impact on the country’s economic development, and strengthen international relations.

To support and encourage Thai entrepreneurs to develop their innovation businesses effectively, Somboon, who specializes in intellectual property, will share his insight on brand creation guidelines with entrepreneurs and other attendees to add value to their innovation-focused businesses. Somboon will start his presentation by discussing trademark creation and protection strategies for businesses, then move on to present on brand protection and adding brand value guidelines, before closing the session with an overview of trademark licensing and franchising.
