In particular, the presentation will include an examination of:

  • International divorces
  • Case studies of how a variety of family disputes can be resolved in the Thai system
  • The new draft law on child abduction and its implications for international families

Roll, an attorney-at-law, is a top litigator specializing in complex family and commercial disputes. The presentation will be given as part of the Australian Family Lawyers Conference, which will be held from June 7-11, 2013, in Phuket, Thailand, at the Angsana Laguna Resort.
