Partner Vinh Quoc Nguyen and attorney Tu Ngoc Trinh of Tilleke & Gibbins’ energy industry group have contributed a chapter on electricity regulations in Vietnam for the 2019 edition of the Practical Law Energy and Natural Resources Global Guide .
