Pimvimol (June) Vipamaneerut to Discuss Business Laws at BCCT Legal Open Forum

The British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) will host a Legal Open Forum on business laws affecting investors in Thailand. The event will feature a panel of four experienced practicing lawyers who are members of the BCCT Legal and Taxation Committee, including Pimvimol (June) Vipamaneerut, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group. The panel will discuss the following subjects:

  • Foreign Business Act licensing
  • Board of Investment licensing
  • Work permits and visas
  • Hiring and dismissing employees
  • General contracts
  • Taxation for SME businesses
