Pimvimol (June) Vipamaneerut and David Lawrence to Speak at Dataconsult Event on Employment Law

Dataconsult

Employee termination is a highly sensitive area and great prudency must be observed when the decision is made to terminate an employee. The same cautiousness needs to be invoked should the matter proceed to litigation. To discuss these issues and more, Pimvimol (June) Vipamaneerut and David Lawrence, Partner and Consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins, will bestow their thoughts on the subject at a Thailand Executive HR Forum Meeting seminar hosted by Dataconsult. June’s presentation will discuss the topic “Termination of Employment: Employer’s Obligations and Duties When Terminating Employees,” while David’s talk will focus on “When the Employer/Employee Honeymoon Turns Sour: Handling Termination and Employee Litigation.”

Dataconsult hosts market-analysis forums for chief executive officers, managing directors, and other executives. The seminar will take place at the Bangkok Club from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on May 28, 2014.
