Pimvimol (June) Vipamaneerut and David Duncan Present on Human Capital

Dataconsult Thailand Corporate Finance Forum

On April 27, 2011, Tilleke & Gibbins partner Pimvimol (June) Vipamaneerut and associate David Duncan gave presentations on legal issues relevant to human capital as part of the Dataconsult Thailand Corporate Finance Forum. June’s presentation focused on high points of employment contracts that are important in all employment relationships, while David addressed concerns relevant to employing foreigners.

June and David spoke at the event along with Mr. Tom Sorensen of Grant Thornton and Tana Akson of Amrop, who addressed recruitment issues.
