Partner Kien Trung Trinh and attorney Chuyen Hong Huu Le will speak to an audience of Japanese companies at a webinar on Vietnamese labor law on February 27. Kien and Chuyen will provide an overview of Vietnam’s laws on employment, including the new 2019 Labor Code that will take effect in 2021, and share tips and best practices for  labor contracts, disciplinary measures, and legal termination.The webinar is part of a series of “Horitsumarket” seminars introducing world business laws to Japanese companies, and is organized by Miyakezakza Sogo Law Offices in Tokyo.
