ASEAN member states are gearing up to align their systems of intellectual property (IP) with the aims set out in the ASEAN Intellectual Property Rights Action Plan. Indonesia, in particular, is taking strident measures to reform its IP regime by amending its copyright law, revising its trademark law, and invigorating its enforcement efforts.
