Nwe Oo, a senior attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Myanmar office, will speak at the 3rd Myanmar Infrastructure Summit 2017, on the topic of “Myanmar’s Condominium Law of 2016: A Foundation for Foreign Investment.”
Nwe Oo will discuss how the newly enacted Condominium Law is serving as another legal platform to support foreign investment and economic development in Myanmar, as well as pending issues that have to be addressed under the new law. He will be joined by thought leaders from the public and private sectors, as well as foreign investors, infrastructure developers, and service providers.
The Myanmar Infrastructure Summit will be organized under the theme, “Accelerating Myanmar’s Infrastructure Development for Sustainable Growth,” and will be hosted by the Yangon City Development Committee, the Mandalay City Development Committee, the Myanmar Investors Development Association, the Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Association, and the Myanmar Engineering Society.
