Noppramart Thammateeradaycho to Speak at Arbitration Conference

On Thursday, January 16, 2020, Noppramart Thammateeradaycho, counsel in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Dispute Resolution Department, will speak at the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (APRAG) Conference 2020 in Bangkok, where she will join several other distinguished panelists in a lively discussion of prevailing trends in challenges made against arbitrators. These challenges can often be costly and time-consuming, and while legitimate challenges are sometimes made, they are all-too-often lodged as a delaying tactic.

Tilleke & Gibbins is a proud sponsor of the APRAG Conference 2020, which is being organized by the Thailand Arbitration Center and will provide a forum for discussion of key arbitration-related issues in Asia and Australia. The event will bring together arbitrators and arbitration counsel, judicial officials, legal practitioners, policymakers, and experts from business and academia for this three-day meeting on arbitration in the region.
