Noppramart Thammateeradaycho to Provide Force Majeure Webinar to LES Thailand

On May 28, Noppramart Thammateeradaycho, counsel in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, will offer a webinar on force majeure for members of the Licensing Executive Society, Thailand (LES Thailand). During the online session, entitled “The Impact of COVID-19 as Force Majeure in Commercial Contracts,” Noppramart will explain how COVID-19 has impacted performance under commercial contracts and discuss how to manage contractual obligations during these unprecedented times. Immediately following the webinar, she will host a brief Q&A session, during which attendees will be able to ask questions about real-life scenarios that companies in Thailand are currently facing.
