Noppramart Thammateeradaycho Engaged as Arbitrator by Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration

Noppramart Thammateeradaycho, a counsel in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution practice, has been appointed as an arbitrator by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

Noppramart is a recognized leader in international arbitration in the region, with special experience in arbitration of disputes involving the maritime, transportation, insurance, and construction sectors. Her term as an arbitrator will run until February 20, 2025.

The SCIA, which was established in 1983 as China was undergoing economic reforms and liberalization, was the first arbitration institution in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Its arbitrators come from 114 countries and regions, and they offer a broad range of industry expertise.

Nandana Indananda, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property practice, was interviewed by the Thai Post for their recent article about the ASEAN Law Association (ALA) Governing Council Meeting, which took place on November 21–22 in Phuket. Nandana, who is also vice president of the Lawyer’s Council of Thailand’s (LCT) subcommittee on foreign affairs, was joined at the event by Waralee Sripawadkul, attorney-at-law in the firm’s intellectual property group.
